Okay, this is my first critique, so don't critique my critique too harshly! XD

So, I'll begin with the cons.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this picture, but there are just a few simple errors that could be fixed! ^^ First off, maybe on the left arm (the one in the air) you should define a bit more of a shoulder? I just think it looks a TINY bit noodle-like, for lack of a better term! And also, maybe you could add a pad on the paw that's waving? :3 But the other arm looks really great! Hmm . . . I just thought of something: you should try giving the nose a bit more of a shape. A little less ovular, and maybe a little more triangular, perhaps? And one more thing, (but its quite minor), I kinda think the speech bubble looks a little bit sloppy <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="Sweating a little..."/>
Phew, that was hard! I had trouble finding errors, and I felt so mean pointing them out like that! XD

The pros!
Overall, I REALLY like this picture! I think it's perfect to be on your profile page! It represents your personality perfectly, and lets guests know a bit about you before even reading a thing! The mood of this drawing is definitely happy, and it makes you seem like a very cherry, welcoming person! The font you used to write "Hi! Welcome to my page!!" looks fun and creative, which really adds to the effect. ^^ The colours look great together, and the way you blended them together is awesome, especially on the tail! And I can't forget to mention those cute, little sparkly eyes!!

In conclusion, I think you did a great job with this drawing, and you should be super proud! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>
